Produced in honor of the fiftieth anniversary of the first school patrol crossing in Saint Paul this April 29, 1971 broadcast includes the full 1921 movie about the founding of the School Police Program in 1920-21 narrated by the late Lt. Henry Winterhalter who served

Program participants discuss the history and tradition of the Saint Paul School Police Program.
