In 1921, the year the School Patrol Program was founded, the Departments of Public Safety and Education of the City of Saint Paul commissioned the Ray Bell Film Company to produce a film documentary commerating the founding of the School Police Program.
A copy of the silent documentary, which was thankfully made on 16mm safety film rather than celluoid, survives today.
