 Traffic details   
Fourth closed between Wacouta and just west of Broadway intersection; local access only.
 Wall closed at intersection with Fourth.
Sixth between Minnesota and Cedar reduced to two lanes of traffic westbound.
Minnesota, in the Capitol Area, closed between 11th and 12th Streets. For additional details please see capitol area map.
Exchange closed to through traffic; local access only.-NEW
Cedar reduced to two lanes of traffic at intersection with Exchange. Watch for lane shifts. -NEW
Cedar between Fourth and Fifth reduced to two lanes of traffic southbound. Watch for lane shifts.

University Avenue reopened to eastbound traffic at Robert. Closure to be rescheduled. -NEW
Minnesota closed between 11th and 12th Streets. Use Cedar.
Robert closed between University Avenue and 12th.
Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd closed just east of Judicial Parking Lot to Robert.
14th closed approximately 100 feet east of Robert.
12th reduced to one lane of traffic westbound between Jackson and Cedar. Watch for lane shifts.

Traffic Details
 
Snelling between Spruce Tree and Sherburne reduced to one lane each way; traffic shifted to the west side of the road.
University between Emerald and Hamline traffic shifted to north side of University onto three lanes: one eastbound, one westbound lane and a shared center lane for left turns.- NEW
Twelve cross streets in the construction zone are signalized for full traffic movements: Eustis, Cromwell, Franklin, Raymond, Vandalia, Cleveland, Prior, Fairview, Fry, Snelling, Simpson and Hamline.   These streets will be reduced to one lane each way at the intersection with University and some on-street parking will be removed to allow for lane shifts.  All other cross streets south of University closed; signage directs vehicles to alternative access to businesses.- NEW
Access to the Midway Shopping Center will be maintained from University via  Simpson as well as driveways or roads off of Snelling and Hamline.
Highway 280 between I-94 and Kasota closed April 29 at 10 pm and reopen 5 am on Monday May 2 for University Avenue bridge work. - NEW
