Route Rate Bid Form 2011-2012 -- Bid form for entering the daily rate for each bid book route. See the Specifications for Bid for additional information.
ECFE 2011-2012 -- Forms for entering rates for Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) route service. Note: ECFE service transports adult parents and preschool age children and is not school bus service under Minnesota Statutes and State Agency Rules. The successful bidder must have charter carrier authority. The District will not award ECFE service to a contractor without charter carrier authority.

After Hours Numnbers 2011-2012 -- Form for successful bidders to submit after hours contact numbers for key terminal staff to be utilized by Transportation Department staff in emergency situations.
Addendum No. 2 to Bid Non A-9445-K -- This addendum corrects an error in the dismissal time of Humboldt Secondary in the flow chart included as a supplemental reference in the Specifications for Bid.
